The most sweetest, precious girl in the world turned 7 years old on June 24! Time flies by so fast! Doesn't seem possible for her to be getting so big! Breaks Momma's heart. :( But, I have so enjoyed every stage in my kiddos lives. :)

Weekend Getaway...

A couple of weekends ago, my friend Lori Gaddy, and I decided to get away for the weekend. We took our girls, Lindsay and Sabryn, and our boys, Evan and Ian with us. We rented a condo that overlooked a beautiful golf course in Branson, MO for a couple of nights! We took the girls to a concert, went shopping, watched UP, took them swimming, sat out on the balcony, and just had a great time. It was so RELAXING to just get away!

Boy Scouts...

This past year has been Landen's first time in Boy Scouts. He has thoroughly enjoyed it! His first night there he came home and said, "Mom, my Boy Scout leader is a GIRL!" :D HaHa! He didn't quite know what to think of that or how he was going to like that. But, she is an outstanding leader! We think very highly of her! :) And Landen loves her too! These pictures below are of Landen's ceremony of him going from being a Wolf to a Bear. We're looking forward to another great year!

Lake Atlanta...

Lake Atlanta is a place not far from our house that we occasionally go to. It's my little getaway, actually, when I want to get out of the house to be alone and think. ;) It is so BEAUTIFUL and relaxing! Last night we took a drive around it. The water was so still and view of the mirror image was amazing! Below are a few pictures I took last night.
