Glenn Beck's Christmas Tour...

We had an AWESOME time at the Glenn Beck Christmas Show in Tulsa, OK last night! It was a lot fun and I was so happy that we could go! Glenn is a great story teller! He has such a way of bringing you into the stories that he told about his past Christmases with his family. The last part of the show was outstanding as Glenn pointed out the true meaning Christmas ~ the Redemption that Jesus Christ brings to us. Sadly, with all of the hustle and bustle of Christmas Time we tend to forget the TRUE meaning of Christmas. This is the last year Glenn will be doing this Christmas Tour. I thoroughly enjoyed the show!

On a side note, it was nice to not have to wrestle with the kiddos for a change. They are having a great time at PaPa and Gramma's house in Kansas. I am a little lonely without them today, but have managed to get a lot done without them here. This is the first time since Rylan has been born that I have been away from him overnight. Needless to say, I had a hard time getting to sleep without him here. I know, I know, with two older kids you'd think it would get easier, but... it doesn't. :~) They are coming home tomorrow and I can't wait to see them!

Here are a few pictures I managed to take at the show last night:

Here is a really neat statue of Praying Hands outside the center where Glenn Beck was.

We watched a youtube video of him interviewing Mike Huckabee and was very impressed by him. I have listened to him some on radio but it is nice to have a face with the voice.

Looks like a fun event.

So glad you got to go see the show. Sounds like your a busy lady. Sometimes I dread this time of year because of all the work it involves.

Glad you guys got to go! I hope you're doing well. I haven't been a very good friend lately (at least Charles and Tim talk and keep each other updated)! :o) I hope you guys have a good Christmas season. Maybe we'll get a chance to catch up with you on our way back east (whenever that might happen)!
Merry Christmas!
